Just a mile or so
from Paphos, on the Limassol Road, you will find Yeriskipou. A wonderful
village on a main road that is full of lovely people. Visit the Church,
the Cafe, the Folk Museum.
Then, before you leave visit
one of the many "Cyprus Delights" factories. Our favourite is
the Arsinoe Factory, to be found opposite the central Gardens, on the
main road, at the Paphos end of the shops.

Here you will be
able to go through to the back of the shop and see the sweets being made
in the traditional manner. Try a sample and then bring some supplies back
for yourself (and maybe your friends - if you don't eat them all first)!
